Mary O’Reilly Paranormal Mystery-Book One

refreshing story
and storyteller with a supernatural bend of the living with the ability to
interact with the dearly (and not so dearly) departed.
Mary
O’Reilly (Oh Really?)
is an ex-Chicago cop, making a living in suburbia as a private detective
after a near death experience. After
visiting the white light at the end of the tunnel and a subsequent return,
Mary’s life becomes complicated with cases involving the recent and long
dead.

This
series has a nice
smooth storyline with believable injections of alternate situations.
It would
have been easy for this series to become just another knock off of the
popular Ghost Whisperer television series, but I believe the author detoured
nicely.
The
characters are lovable, conversations are mostly believable, and all are
page-turners.
